A commercial brief can still ask a useful question about how people imagine living together.Visual work produced for Sansiri through Y&R Thailand.
Property work has a structural problem built into it: the thing being sold does not exist yet, and the only material available is a drawing. Motion is used to give that drawing behaviour — light moving through a room nobody has stood in, at a time of day the building has never seen — so a prospective resident can judge a space before there is a space. Work like this is judged on plausibility rather than beauty. If the proportion or the direction of light is wrong, anyone who later stands in the finished building will know immediately.

งานอสังหาริมทรัพย์มีปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างติดมากับมัน สิ่งที่กำลังถูกขายยังไม่มีอยู่จริง และวัสดุเดียวที่มีคือแบบเขียน ภาพเคลื่อนไหวจึงถูกใช้เพื่อให้แบบนั้นมีพฤติกรรม เช่น แสงที่เคลื่อนผ่านห้องที่ยังไม่มีใครเคยยืนอยู่ ในเวลาของวันที่อาคารยังไม่เคยเจอ เพื่อให้ผู้ที่กำลังจะเข้าอยู่ตัดสินพื้นที่ได้ก่อนที่พื้นที่นั้นจะมีอยู่ งานแบบนี้ถูกวัดด้วยความน่าเชื่อ ไม่ใช่ความสวย ถ้าสัดส่วนหรือทิศทางของแสงผิด คนที่ไปยืนในอาคารจริงทีหลังจะรู้ทันที
