At what moment does an object stop being useful—and who gets to decide?A collaborative piece shown under Chiang Mai Design Week's Scaling Local theme, built around a single question: who decides what is kept and what is thrown away.
The title states a position rather than a subject. Objects the market has finished with are treated as the material, and the work sits with the mechanism itself — the moment something crosses from being in use to being disposable, and who happens to be standing there when it does. Scaling Local asked what a place can make from what it already has. This is the harder version of that question.

วินาทีไหนที่ของชิ้นหนึ่งหมดประโยชน์ และใครเป็นคนตัดสินผลงานร่วมที่จัดแสดงภายใต้ธีม Scaling Local ของเชียงใหม่ดีไซน์วีค ตั้งอยู่บนคำถามเดียวคือ ใครเป็นคนตัดสินว่าอะไรถูกเก็บไว้และอะไรถูกทิ้ง
ชื่อผลงานบอกจุดยืน ไม่ได้บอกหัวข้อ ข้าวของที่ตลาดเลิกต้องการแล้วถูกใช้เป็นวัสดุ และตัวงานไปนั่งอยู่ตรงกลไกนั้นเอง จังหวะที่บางอย่างข้ามจากการเป็นของใช้ไปเป็นของทิ้ง และใครบังเอิญยืนอยู่ตรงนั้นตอนที่มันเกิดขึ้น ธีม Scaling Local ถามว่าพื้นที่หนึ่งสร้างอะไรได้จากสิ่งที่มีอยู่แล้ว งานชิ้นนี้คือคำถามเดียวกันในเวอร์ชันที่ยากกว่า เพราะมันถามถึงสิ่งที่พื้นที่หนึ่งตัดสินใจจะไม่เก็บไว้
