OVERVIEW
How do you help people feel a forest that has not been built yet?An immersive gallery installation inside the Forest Pavilion at The Forestias, developed by two studios from two countries working on the same room.
The subject is a way of living rather than a product: a projected forest, shown at a scale that puts the visitor inside it instead of in front of it. The argument has to be made in light because the thing being argued for does not exist on the site yet. A development is being described before it is built, and the gallery stands in for a future condition — which makes the accuracy of the atmosphere the whole job.
