OVERVIEW
By day it belongs to its material. After dark, it belongs to everyone gathered around the light.A pavilion of woven timber and circular translucent screens, built to work as two different structures across a single day.
In daylight the weave and the screens act as framing: the festival landscape is seen through them and the building is read as material. After dark the same surfaces take projection, and the translucency that framed the view becomes the thing being looked at — silhouettes and moving image layered through the depth of the structure rather than displayed flat on its face. One build, two behaviours, decided entirely by where the light is coming from.
Built as SangSom Moonshack at Wonderfruit 2017.

กลางวันมันเป็นของวัสดุที่ใช้สร้าง พอฟ้ามืดมันกลายเป็นของทุกคนที่มารวมตัวรอบแสงพาวิเลียนจากไม้สานและจอโปร่งแสงทรงกลม สร้างขึ้นให้ทำงานเป็นอาคารสองหลังที่ต่างกันภายในวันเดียว
ในเวลากลางวัน ลายสานและจอทำหน้าที่เป็นกรอบ ภูมิทัศน์ของเทศกาลถูกมองผ่านมัน และตัวอาคารถูกอ่านในฐานะวัสดุ พอมืดลง พื้นผิวชุดเดียวกันรับภาพฉาย และความโปร่งแสงที่เคยเป็นกรอบมองก็กลายเป็นสิ่งที่ถูกมองเสียเอง เงาร่างและภาพเคลื่อนไหวถูกซ้อนไปตามความลึกของโครงสร้าง แทนที่จะถูกแสดงแบนๆ อยู่บนผิวหน้า โครงสร้างเดียว พฤติกรรมสองแบบ ตัดสินด้วยว่าแสงมาจากทางไหนเท่านั้น
